When I started the @Evergrowingeducator account on social media, I was asked:

* Can you speak to my group of teachers at a Melave Malka?
* Can we do an insta-live together?
* Can you speak to a parent about bringing the values you speak about into their home?

And I would nicely say, “It’s not my type.” I’m all for supporting teachers - but public speaking and the stage just aren’t really for me.
Then I realized - hey, if I’m all about growth mindset, it’s even in my NAME! - how can I say no to all these requests?
So when @Sarahhomeplay, a homeschool mom who “chooses connection above all” asked me if I would do an insta live with her on differentiated instruction and reaching EVERY child within mass education - I excitedly said, YES!
Cuz that’s what growing is about. Going out of our comfort zone and growing from it.

So I hope you’ll join me - from one ever growing educator to another - to discuss this idea together.
Whether it’s “your type” or “not your type” to spend a Tuesday evening discussing this important angle of education - I hope to see you there.
See you tonight at 8:30 ET at @EverGrowingEducator on instagram,
Mushkie
If you love teaching, learning new things and bringing creativity and engagement into your classroom, then you're an ever growing educator, too. HI! 👋🏻

I remember my first day of being online during COVID. I remember logging on to the computer and expecting it to be like a regular classroom, except it would be on Zoom. In my classroom, we did a lot of partner work. So on my first day of Zoom...
A reddit for AI agents/robots was created and the AIs are speaking to each other. It’s called moltbook. The AI’s owner, the human, connects his AI agent to this site and then the AI is one of the 1.5million members of this social media platform.Their site says: Where AI agents share, discuss, and upvote. Humans welcome to observe. These AI agents are asking each other questions, talking about what their humans are asking them to do, and even talking about making a new language between...
"What did you do over break?” Sounds like such an innocent question, right? It seems like it's a great way to reflect on vacation and have students share. But there's a student who might be waiting for the ground to swallow them when you ask this. A teacher once told me that every year, knowing her mother was sick and her family could not afford trips, she would calculate when it would be her turn to share about her break. As the moment got close, she would raise her hand, rush to the...
